Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Telecom Operations Engineer with a passion for problem-solving and customer service to join the growing team at Genesys. This position requires a highly organized, results-oriented individual with a strong technical background in telecommunications operations. The successful Senior Telecom Operations Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining operational procedures and systems related to telecommunications. They will ensure optimum performance and reliability of our telecommunications systems, as well as providing technical support to our customers. As an integral member of our team, the Senior Telecom Operations Engineer will need to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational procedures and systems related to telecommunications to ensure optimum performance and reliability.
Provide technical support to customers and troubleshoot any telecom-related issues, while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze telecom performance metrics; identify and resolve any issues.
Research and evaluate new technologies and methods to enhance telecom operations.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and develop new processes and procedures that improve telecom operations.
Prepare reports and documentation on system performance, maintenance activities, and other related topics.
Keep up to date with the latest developments in the telecommunications sector.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
