Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Telecom Operations Engineer to join our team at Genesys! As a Senior Telecom Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Genesys’ telecommunications systems. You will need to have a thorough understanding of telecommunications networks and technologies, as well as excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field and at least five years of experience in a telecommunications operations role. You should have a deep knowledge of SIP, VoIP, and TDM technologies and possess the ability to diagnose and resolve telecom issues quickly and accurately. Additionally, you should have strong written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.If you have the qualifications to excel in this role, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Genesys’ telecommunications systems.
Provide technical support to customers and team members.
Analyze and resolve telecom issues quickly and accurately.
Develop and implement telecom strategies for optimal performance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telecom technologies, including SIP, VoIP, and TDM.
Develop and maintain documentation for telecom systems.
Ensure compliance with telecom regulations.
Provide training and guidance to team members.
Participate in telecom-related research and development initiatives.
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.
