Genesys is looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Telecom Operations Engineer to join our team. The Senior Telecom Operations Engineer will help ensure the success of our telecom operations and support our goal of providing reliable, high-quality service to our customers.The ideal candidate for this role must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a telecom operations engineer role, as well as a strong understanding of relevant technologies, such as SD-WAN, VoIP, and SIP. The successful candidate must also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to quickly identify and address issues. Additionally, the Senior Telecom Operations Engineer should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.If you have the skills, knowledge, and enthusiasm to join our team, we look forward to hearing from you!

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain telecom operations systems and networks to ensure reliable and high-quality service for customers.
Monitor telecom operations and troubleshoot network issues as needed.
Implement policies and procedures for telecom operations.
Document and analyze data related to telecom operations.
Stay current with emerging technologies in the telecom industry.
Provide technical support and guidance to the telecom operations team.
Work collaboratively with other departments and personnel to ensure successful telecom operations.
Develop and manage budgets for telecom operations.
Provide training and support to telecom operations staff.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
