We at Genesys are seeking an experienced Information Security Software Security Program Lead to help meet our company's growing security needs. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in Information Security and Software Security, as well as the ability to lead and manage a security program. We're looking for someone who is highly organized and analytical, with a passion for technology and a desire to protect our company's systems, data, and customers.The successful Information Security Software Security Program Lead must have the following qualifications in order to be considered for this position: a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; five to seven years of experience in Information Security and Software Security; experience leading and managing security programs; proven ability to analyze security risks; and a comprehensive understanding of security protocols and regulations. Additionally, the ideal candidate must be able to work independently, have excellent communication skills, and stay up-to-date on the latest security trends and solutions. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Information Security Software Security Program, ensuring that the company's systems, data, and customers are secure.
Analyze security risks and develop security protocols and regulations.
Implement security solutions and keep up-to-date on the latest security trends.
Monitor security systems and investigate potential security issues.
Provide technical guidance and training to other team members.
Create comprehensive reports and documentation related to security projects.
Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure security compliance.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
Work independently and stay organized in order to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with other team members and stakeholders.
