At Genesys, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Information Security Software Security Program Lead to join our team. Our ideal candidate should have a proven track record in software security and a comprehensive understanding of associated security principles. As the Information Security Software Security Program Lead, you will be responsible for managing and executing on the software security program to ensure the protection of the company's information assets, while also providing guidance and oversight for the development of secure software.To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as a minimum of five years of experience in software security, vulnerability management, and/or network security. You should also possess excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with an eye for detail. Furthermore, you should possess superior interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.If this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive software security program in order to protect company’s information assets.
Identify and manage software security risks and vulnerabilities.
Monitor the effectiveness of the software security program and suggest updates and improvements.
Provide guidance and oversight for the development of secure software.
Research and evaluate the latest software security technologies and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure the software security program is successfully implemented.
Prepare software security-related reports and presentations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and industry developments.
Respond to security incidents and provide support to the investigation process.
Monitor industry regulations, standards, and laws related to software security.
