Enterprise Architect - Integrations

We are searching for an exceptional Enterprise Architect - Integrations to join the Genesys team. This role is for an experienced individual who can deliver integrated solutions across the organization's cloud platform that will enable our customers to experience the full power of our services.The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded background in software architecture, cloud services, API integrations, and system design. They will be a creative problem solver, able to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to difficult challenges. They should be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks in an ever-changing environment.The successful candidate will have a passion for the field and be an excellent communicator, able to effectively collaborate with colleagues and customers alike. Above all, they will have a genuine desire to make a positive difference and create value for our customers.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field• Significant experience in software architecture, cloud services, API integrations, and system design• Demonstrated success in developing and deploying integrated solutions• Knowledge of best practices in software engineering and design• Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to complex problems• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment• Passion for technology and a genuine desire to make a positive impact
