Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and innovative thinker to join our team as an Enterprise Architect - Integrations at Genesys. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of enterprise architecture strategies and initiatives to enable integrations between Genesys products and third-party systems. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to understand our technology and business objectives, develop high-level architectural solutions to meet those objectives, and collaborate with technical teams to implement those solutions.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise architecture, including experience in the design, development, and integration of software systems. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.If you’re passionate about technology and have the necessary qualifications, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Develop high-level architectural strategies and solutions to enable integrations between Genesys products and third-party systems.
Understand Genesys technology and business objectives and collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions.
Design, develop, and integrate software systems.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Troubleshoot problems and devise innovative solutions.
Stay abreast of technological advances and industry trends in enterprise architecture.
Maintain a high level of customer service and support.
Create and document processes and procedures to ensure compliance with standards.
Work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to tight deadlines.
