- Utilize instructional design principles: Apply best practices in instructional design to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other members of the Training and Development department to ensure the successful implementation of training programs.
- Conduct training needs assessments: Identify training needs within the organization and develop strategies to address them.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in training and development to continuously improve our programs.
- Deliver training sessions: Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees using a variety of delivery methods.

Education And Training: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Education, Instructional Design, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required. A Master's Degree Is Preferred.
Experience In Instructional Design: Candidates Should Possess A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, And Training Delivery.
Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles: A Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Theories Is Crucial For Developing Effective Training Programs.
Technical Skills: Proficiency In Using Instructional Design Software, Such As Articulate Storyline Or Adobe Captivate, And Familiarity With Learning Management Systems (Lms) Is Required.
Communication And Project Management Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Stakeholders, And Subject Matter Experts, As Well As Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Is Essential For Success In This Role.
