- Lead and execute talent management strategies and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent for the organization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop targeted recruitment plans to meet those needs.
- Utilize industry best practices to continuously improve and streamline talent management processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to identify high-potential individuals for key roles within the organization.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to support the growth and development of employees.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to other team members, providing guidance and support in talent management best practices.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Management, Including Recruitment, Employee Development, And Performance Management
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders
