• Design, implement, and maintain SCCM infrastructure for General Dynamics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of systems and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Provide technical support to end users, resolving any system or software related issues in a timely manner
• Mentor and lead junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in SCCM administration
• Create and maintain documentation for all SCCM processes and procedures
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for system upgrades and maintenance

• At least 5 years of experience in SCCM administration or a similar role
