- Design, implement, and maintain SCCM infrastructure for General Dynamics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of systems and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Provide technical support to end users, resolving any system or software related issues in a timely manner
- Mentor and lead junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in SCCM administration
- Create and maintain documentation for all SCCM processes and procedures
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for system upgrades and maintenance
- Perform regular system updates and patches to ensure security and stability
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with team members and management on project updates and issues
- Have a strong understanding of network and server infrastructure
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
- Uphold company policies and procedures in regards to system administration and security
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in SCCM administration or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of SCCM infrastructure and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Dedication to delivering high-quality solutions and maintaining system stability and security
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes as needed
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and projects
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support system maintenance and upgrades.
Extensive Experience With Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (Sccm), Including Installation, Configuration, And Maintenance.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Windows Server And Desktop Operating Systems, Including Troubleshooting And Patch Management.
Ability To Design, Implement, And Maintain Complex Sccm Deployments In A Large Enterprise Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Networking Principles And Protocols, As Well As Active Directory And Group Policy.
Proven Experience With Scripting And Automation In Sccm, Such As Powershell And Vbscript, To Streamline Processes And Improve Efficiency.
