  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of high-quality products and services.
  2. Develop and implement quality standards and procedures for evaluating supplier performance.
  3. Perform supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
  4. Monitor and track supplier performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier-related quality issues and implement preventive measures.
  6. Conduct regular on-site visits to suppliers' facilities to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify potential risks.
  7. Review and analyze supplier documentation and records to ensure they meet our quality requirements.
  8. Communicate and provide feedback to suppliers on quality performance and areas for improvement.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in supplier quality management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  10. Train and educate suppliers on our quality standards and expectations.
  11. Work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure supplier products and services meet design and performance requirements.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier quality performance and communicate any issues to appropriate stakeholders.
  13. Participate in supplier selection and evaluation processes to ensure suppliers meet our quality requirements.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve our supplier quality management system to meet changing business needs.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards while performing job duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, Such As Mechanical, Electrical, Or Industrial Engineering.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supplier Quality Engineering, Preferably In The Defense Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Quality Control Procedures And Standards, Such As Iso 9001 And As9100.

  • Experience In Conducting Supplier Audits And Implementing Corrective Actions To Improve Supplier Performance.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Suppliers, Internal Teams, And Customers.
