- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the service desk program.
- Utilize exceptional leadership skills to motivate and guide team members towards achieving program goals.
- Ensure that all service desk activities are in line with company policies and procedures.

- Act as a point of contact for any service desk-related inquiries or requests.
- Collaborate with other program managers to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of services to clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Service Desk Or It Support Environment.
Strong Understanding Of It Service Management Principles And Practices, Such As Itil.
Prior Experience In Managing And Mentoring A Team Of Service Desk Technicians.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients, Stakeholders, And Team Members.
