  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the service desk program.
  2. Utilize exceptional leadership skills to motivate and guide team members towards achieving program goals.
  3. Ensure that all service desk activities are in line with company policies and procedures.
  4. Monitor and analyze program performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

  10. Manage program budget and resources to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
  11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  12. Resolve any escalated customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  14. Act as a point of contact for any service desk-related inquiries or requests.
  15. Collaborate with other program managers to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of services to clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Service Desk Or It Support Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of It Service Management Principles And Practices, Such As Itil.

  • Prior Experience In Managing And Mentoring A Team Of Service Desk Technicians.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients, Stakeholders, And Team Members.
