  3. Utilize expertise in ServiceNow development to create efficient and effective solutions.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of the ServiceNow platform and stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during development and implementation.
  6. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and usability of the solutions.
  7. Mentor and provide guidance to junior ServiceNow developers on best practices and coding standards.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and developments in ServiceNow to continuously improve our solutions.
  9. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  10. Communicate progress and updates on projects to team members and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Servicenow Platform: A Senior Servicenow Developer At General Dynamics Should Have A Deep Understanding And Extensive Hands-On Experience With The Servicenow Platform, Including Knowledge Of Its Modules, Applications, And Integrations.

  • Strong Coding Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Coding Skills In Javascript, Html, Css, And Other Web Development Languages. They Should Also Be Proficient In Developing Custom Applications And Workflows Using Servicenow.

  • Servicenow Certifications: General Dynamics May Require A Senior Servicenow Developer To Have Relevant Servicenow Certifications, Such As Certified Application Developer (Cad), Certified Implementation Specialist (Cis), Or Certified System Administrator (Csa).

  • Technical Leadership And Project Management Experience: As A Senior Role, The Candidate Should Have Experience Leading Technical Teams And Managing Projects In An Agile Environment. They Should Also Be Able To Mentor And Train Junior Developers.

  • Knowledge Of Itil And Itsm Best Practices: General Dynamics May Prefer A Candidate With Knowledge Of Itil And Itsm Best Practices, As The Servicenow Platform Is Often Used For It Service Management.
