- Serve as the primary point of contact for all VoIP-related issues and inquiries within the company.
- Design, implement, and maintain efficient and secure VoIP communication systems to meet business needs.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies and solutions to improve VoIP systems.
- Train and mentor junior network administrators on VoIP systems and best practices.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of VoIP systems to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Proactively identify potential network vulnerabilities and implement security measures to protect against cyber threats.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in VoIP technology and make recommendations for system improvements.
- Serve as a technical liaison between the company and external vendors for VoIP-related matters.
- Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute network infrastructure upgrades and expansions.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Network Administration, With A Focus On Voip Technologies.
Strong Understanding Of Networking Protocols, Including Tcp/Ip, Voip, And Sip.
Experience With Voip Systems Such As Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Cucm), Avaya Aura, Or Microsoft Skype For Business.
Industry Certifications Such As Ccna, Ccnp, Or Ccie Voice/Collaboration.
