- Lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of programs within the defense and aerospace industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, proactively implementing solutions to mitigate them.

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In The Defense Industry.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Business Administration.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Projects And Programs, Including Budget Management, Schedule Adherence, And Stakeholder Communication.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Diverse Team, Including Technical And Non-Technical Members.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels.
