- Develop and maintain program budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with program managers.
- Monitor and analyze program financial performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures, as well as government regulations.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management and program stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans and strategies.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize potential financial risks.
- Support proposal development by providing accurate and timely cost estimates and financial data.
- Monitor and track program expenditures and ensure timely and accurate invoicing to customers.
- Manage subcontractor financial performance and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the program finance function.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in program finance management.
- Mentor and train junior members of the program finance team.
- Represent the company in financial discussions and negotiations with customers and other stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively to meet program requirements.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Program Finance, Preferably In A Government Contracting Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Analysis, Budgeting, And Forecasting.
Proficiency In Using Financial Management Systems And Tools, Such As Costpoint Or Sap.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Financial Information To Non-Finance Stakeholders.
