  12. Communicate regularly with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  13. Participate in cross-functional team meetings and provide procurement expertise and support.
  14. Assist in the development and maintenance of procurement budgets.
  15. Ensure all procurement activities align with the company's goals and values.
  16. Train and mentor junior procurement staff to ensure they are following best practices and company policies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Defense Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Procurement Policies And Procedures, Including Far And Dfar Regulations.

  • Excellent Negotiation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers.

  • Proficiency In Procurement Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting.
