- Design and implement innovative and efficient desktop solutions for clients using the latest technologies and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and requirements and develop customized solutions.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify new and emerging technologies that can enhance our desktop solutions.
- Ensure the smooth deployment and integration of new desktop solutions for clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to desktop solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides for desktop solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve desktop engineering processes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide technical expertise during the proposal development process.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Train and mentor team members on new technologies and processes related to desktop engineering.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as security standards, for all desktop solutions.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of desktop solutions and make necessary improvements to ensure optimal efficiency and functionality.
- Participate in meetings and presentations to demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of our desktop solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Desktop Engineering Or A Similar Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of Windows And Mac Operating Systems.
Experience With Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Vdi) Solutions Such As Vmware Or Citrix.
Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze And Resolve Complex Technical Issues Related To Desktop Environments.
