  1. Perform regular maintenance tasks and updates on the company's network and systems to ensure their stability and functionality.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the network and systems in a timely manner.
  3. Monitor network and system performance to identify and address any potential issues.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to implement new technologies and system upgrades.
  5. Maintain and update network and system documentation.
  6. Ensure network and system security by implementing and maintaining appropriate security protocols.
  7. Assist in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
  8. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and end-users.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in network and system technology.
  10. Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support and emergencies.
  11. Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance the network and system performance.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to manage and prioritize tasks.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to network and system administration.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate network and system performance to identify and implement optimizations.
  15. Act as a liaison between the company and external vendors for technical support and issue resolution.
  16. Assist in the planning and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  17. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the network and systems meet business requirements.
  18. Train and mentor junior team members on network and system administration best practices.
  19. Proactively identify potential security risks and take necessary measures to mitigate them.
  20. Keep accurate records of network and system configurations and changes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Multiple Operating Systems, Such As Windows, Linux, And Unix.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Network/System Administrator.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Network And System Administration, Including Lan/Wan, Servers, And Security Protocols.

  • Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
