As a Network Engineer Associate, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure for our customers.   1. Design and implement network infrastructure solutions for our customers, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
  2. Collaborate with team members to understand customer requirements and develop appropriate network designs.
  3. Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime for our customers.
  5. Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades of network equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  6. Monitor network traffic and security logs to identify potential security threats and implement necessary measures to mitigate risks.
  7. Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and trends, and make recommendations for improvement and optimization.
  8. Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration of network infrastructure with other systems and applications.
  9. Document network designs, configurations, and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  10. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and users, as needed.
  11. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network services.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices, in all network engineering tasks.
  13. Continuously monitor and report on network performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  14. Participate in project planning and implementation, ensuring network infrastructure requirements are met.
  15. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to network issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Network Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Network Protocols, Routing, And Switching.

  • Experience With Cisco, Juniper, And/Or Other Networking Equipment.

  • Knowledge Of Network Security Principles And Best Practices.
