• Involvement and support of Whole Systems Business Model in a Salary Bargaining Unit position (SBU).
• Interpret drawings and 3D models for manufacturability for Fabrication and / or Assembly processes.
• Develop and provide processes and instruction to the Production operators.
• Develop standard work assignments based on line-balancing for varying production rates.
• Concept and detail fixturing and tool aids to support production processes.
• Understand electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic requirements related to machines and fixturing.
• Procure needed tooling and equipment to support Production processes.
• Provide assistance on cost estimating for future programs and tasks.
• Provide technical support and training to the manufacturing operations at JSMC.
