- Safely and efficiently operate aircraft on the line and ramp, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and other team members.
- Assist with aircraft ground handling, including marshalling, towing, and fueling.
- Perform pre- and post-flight inspections to ensure aircraft are in proper working condition.
- Communicate effectively with team members and pilots to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle passenger and crew baggage and cargo with care and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the line and ramp.
- Monitor and report any issues or concerns with aircraft or equipment to appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on new procedures and protocols.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
