  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  14. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  15. Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Defense Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Engineering Principles And Practices, Including Cad Software And Technical Drawings.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Experience With Project Management And The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
