  1. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Littoral Combat Ships (LCS) systems and components.
  2. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to support the development and improvement of LCS technology.
  3. Maintain accurate and thorough records of all testing and development activities.
  4. Assist in the development of test plans and procedures.
  5. Operate and maintain specialized equipment and tools used in the testing and development of LCS.
  6. Identify and report any issues or abnormalities with LCS systems or components.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while conducting testing and handling equipment.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in LCS technology.
  9. Provide technical support and assistance to other team members as needed.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members, superiors, and other departments to ensure smooth operation and progress of LCS development.
  11. Continuously seek ways to improve testing and development processes and procedures.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  13. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  14. Attend trainings and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge related to LCS technology.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: A Lcs Engineering Technician At General Dynamics Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of The Engineering Principles And Concepts Related To The Design, Development, And Maintenance Of Lcs Vessels.

  • Knowledge Of Lcs Systems: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Working With The Various Systems Used In Lcs Vessels, Such As Propulsion, Electrical, And Combat Systems.

  • Troubleshooting Skills: A Successful Candidate Should Be Able To Identify And Troubleshoot Technical Issues In A Timely And Efficient Manner To Ensure The Smooth Operation Of Lcs Vessels.
