- Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT assets to ensure accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all IT assets, including procurement details, warranties, and maintenance schedules.
- Monitor and track the lifecycle of IT assets, from acquisition to retirement, and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements as needed.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and contracts for IT assets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote awareness and understanding of IT asset management practices.

Experience With Hardware And Software Inventory: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Performing Hardware And Software Inventory Audits To Ensure Accuracy And Compliance With Company Policies And Procedures. This Includes Identifying And Resolving Discrepancies And Conducting Regular Inventory Assessments.
Understanding Of It Procurement Processes: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of It Procurement Processes, Including The Ability To Manage Purchase Orders, Vendor Contracts, And Service Agreements. This Includes The Ability To Negotiate Contracts And Secure The Best Deals For The Company.
