- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement new systems or upgrades to existing systems.

Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Technical Support Or It Help Desk Role
Strong Knowledge Of Various Operating Systems, Including Windows And Mac
