Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Government Or Military Environment.
Strong Knowledge And Experience In Troubleshooting Hardware, Software, And Network Issues.
Familiarity With Various Operating Systems, Such As Windows, Linux, And Mac Os.
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment, As Well As Independently.
