- Manage and maintain all aspects of the company's HR information systems, including but not limited to data entry, system upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all HR data within the systems, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.
- Maintain confidentiality of all HR information and adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data privacy.
- Collaborate with HR team members to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Train and educate HR staff on how to effectively use the HR information systems, ensuring proper data entry and system utilization.
- Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to HRIS, and make recommendations for system changes or updates as necessary.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS-related issues to employees and managers.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
- Work closely with IT department to ensure HRIS software is up-to-date and integrated with other company systems.
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to implement new HRIS functionalities and upgrades.
- Monitor system usage and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Continuously seek out ways to improve HR processes and systems, utilizing technology and data to drive decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing timely updates and reports on HRIS-related matters.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR data.
- Remain compliant with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws related to HRIS management.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hris Implementation, Maintenance, And Support.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Data, As Well As Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations.
Proficiency In Hris Software, Such As Workday, Peoplesoft, Or Sap.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot System Issues.
