
Human Resources Business Systems Analyst

- Conduct thorough analysis of current HR systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions to enhance HR systems and processes.
- Utilize expertise in HR processes and systems to provide recommendations for efficient and effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain HR system documentation, including user guides and training materials.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations and standards related to HR systems and processes.
- Identify and troubleshoot system issues, and provide timely resolutions to minimize impact on business operations.
- Provide support and training to end-users on HR systems and processes.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Partner with HR team to identify and implement best practices for utilizing HR systems and processes.
- Collaborate with IT team to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in HR technology.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct user acceptance testing for new system implementations.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation of HR systems and processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hris Or Business Systems Analysis, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Technical Skills And Experience With Hris Software, Such As Workday Or Oracle Hcm.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Policies, Including Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, And Compensation.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With The Ability To Identify And Recommend Solutions For Complex Business Issues.
