  1. Conduct thorough analysis of current HR systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions to enhance HR systems and processes.
  3. Utilize expertise in HR processes and systems to provide recommendations for efficient and effective solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain HR system documentation, including user guides and training materials.
  5. Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations and standards related to HR systems and processes.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot system issues, and provide timely resolutions to minimize impact on business operations.
  7. Provide support and training to end-users on HR systems and processes.
  8. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  9. Partner with HR team to identify and implement best practices for utilizing HR systems and processes.
  10. Collaborate with IT team to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in HR technology.
  12. Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
  13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Conduct user acceptance testing for new system implementations.
  15. Adhere to project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation of HR systems and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hris Or Business Systems Analysis, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Technical Skills And Experience With Hris Software, Such As Workday Or Oracle Hcm.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Policies, Including Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, And Compensation.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With The Ability To Identify And Recommend Solutions For Complex Business Issues.
