- Prepare and present reports and analysis on HRIS data to inform decision-making.
- Participate in the selection and implementation of new HRIS systems.
- Proactively identify and resolve system and process issues to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and adhere to data privacy regulations.
- Provide support and assistance to HR team members in using HRIS systems and processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hris Analysis And Implementation.
Strong Knowledge Of Hris Systems, Such As Oracle, Sap, Or Workday.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Translate Business Needs Into Technical Solutions.
Experience In Project Management And The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams In Hris Related Projects.
