  1. Conduct analysis and research on HRIS processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  2. Collaborate with HR team and other stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions to enhance HR systems and processes.
  3. Monitor and troubleshoot HRIS systems and provide timely resolutions to any issues or errors.
  4. Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, data dictionaries, and user guides.
  5. Conduct testing and quality assurance of new HRIS features and upgrades.
  6. Train HR team members on new system functionalities and processes.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR technology and make recommendations for implementation.
  8. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes through the use of HRIS systems.
  9. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HRIS systems.
  10. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  11. Prepare and present reports and analysis on HRIS data to inform decision-making.
  12. Participate in the selection and implementation of new HRIS systems.
  13. Proactively identify and resolve system and process issues to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and adhere to data privacy regulations.
  15. Provide support and assistance to HR team members in using HRIS systems and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hris Analysis And Implementation.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hris Systems, Such As Oracle, Sap, Or Workday.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Translate Business Needs Into Technical Solutions.

  • Experience In Project Management And The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams In Hris Related Projects.
