- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and respond to tickets in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users on new technology and systems.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In It Support Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Windows And Mac Operating Systems, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience In Troubleshooting And Resolving Hardware And Software Issues For End-Users.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Explain Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Individuals.
