  1. Assist in the maintenance and repair of our fleet of advanced aircraft.
  2. Learn and develop skills related to aircraft systems, components, and procedures.
  3. Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  4. Work alongside experienced technicians to gain hands-on experience and knowledge.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and superiors regarding tasks and progress.
  6. Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  7. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed on aircraft.
  8. Conduct inspections and perform basic troubleshooting on aircraft systems.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  10. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all tasks.
  11. Adhere to all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and guidelines.
  12. Stay current with industry developments and advancements in aircraft technology.
  13. Assist in preparing aircraft for flight, including conducting pre-flight checks and tests.
  14. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
