Excellent Communication Skills: Flight Attendants Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Passengers And Crew Members In A Variety Of Situations. This Includes Providing Safety Instructions, Addressing Passenger Concerns, And Delivering In-Flight Services.
Safety And Emergency Response Training: Flight Attendants Must Be Trained In Emergency Procedures And Able To Respond Quickly And Effectively In Case Of An Onboard Emergency. This Includes Knowledge Of First Aid, Emergency Equipment Usage, And Evacuation Procedures.
Customer Service Experience: General Dynamics Values Exceptional Customer Service And Seeks Flight Attendants Who Have A Proven Track Record Of Providing Outstanding Service. Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Such As Hospitality Or Retail, Is Preferred.
Physical Fitness And Stamina: Flight Attendants Must Be Physically Fit And Have The Stamina To Handle The Demands Of The Job, Which Can Include Long Hours On Their Feet, Lifting Heavy Objects, And Working In Confined Spaces.
