  1. Develop and implement nuclear security program policies and procedures in accordance with industry regulations and company standards.
  2. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify any potential vulnerabilities and recommend necessary improvements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate nuclear security protocols into company operations and projects.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and make necessary adjustments to the program.
  5. Provide training and guidance to employees on security protocols, emergency response procedures, and best practices for safeguarding nuclear assets.
  6. Work closely with government agencies and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and exchange important information.
  7. Investigate and report any security incidents or threats and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks.
  8. Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures for nuclear security incidents.
  9. Analyze and evaluate data to identify potential security risks and make recommendations for improvements.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on nuclear security, providing guidance and support to management and other employees.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure the highest level of security for nuclear assets.
  12. Monitor and manage the budget for the nuclear security program, ensuring cost-effective measures are implemented.
  13. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the nuclear security program.
  14. Continuously improve and optimize the nuclear security program through regular evaluation and implementation of new technologies and strategies.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nuclear Engineering, Physics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Nuclear Security, Preferably In A Government Or Military Setting.

  • Knowledge Of International Nuclear Security Regulations And Protocols, Including Those Set By The International Atomic Energy Agency (Iaea).

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Stakeholders, Including Government Officials, Military Personnel, And Industry Professionals.

  • Demonstrated Leadership And Project Management Experience, With A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Executing Nuclear Security Programs.
