This position is critical to the success of our organization and requires someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues. The ideal candidate has a combination of technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills.The successful candidate should have a technical certification, such as an A+ certification, along with a minimum of two-to-three years of experience in a similar role. Additional qualifications include strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.We are seeking an individual who is passionate about technology and enjoys working in a team environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Maintain and repair hardware to ensure the highest level of functionality.
  3. Utilize diagnostic tools and understand technical schematics to accurately identify and resolve issues.
  4. Provide technical support to end-users over the phone and in-person.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  6. Create detailed reports to document technical issues and resolution.
  7. Ensure all equipment is properly installed and configured.
  8. Remain up-to-date on current technology and industry trends.
  9. Maintain effective communication with other teams and departments.
  10. Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations.
