- Conduct debriefings with individuals possessing knowledge of foreign intelligence activities.
- Analyze and evaluate information gathered from debriefings to identify potential threats to national security.
- Collaborate with other members of the counterintelligence team to develop strategies and tactics for gathering intelligence.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all debriefing sessions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant parties within General Dynamics and government agencies.
- Stay up-to-date on current counterintelligence principles, methods, and techniques.
- Adhere to all security protocols and guidelines in handling sensitive information.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key individuals and organizations involved in national security.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Proactively identify and report potential risks or vulnerabilities related to counterintelligence efforts.
- Assist in the development and implementation of counterintelligence plans and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments within General Dynamics to ensure effective and efficient operations.

Strong Knowledge Of Counterintelligence Techniques And Methodologies: A Qualified Candidate For The Counterintelligence Debriefer Position At General Dynamics Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Counterintelligence Techniques And Methodologies Used To Gather And Analyze Information From Various Sources.
Extensive Experience In Debriefing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Conducting Debriefings Of Individuals With Sensitive Information. This Experience Should Include Conducting Debriefs In Various Environments And With Individuals From Diverse Backgrounds.
Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills: A Successful Counterintelligence Debriefer Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Establish Rapport And Build Trust With Individuals Being Debriefed. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Question, Listen, And Probe For Relevant Information.
Analytical And Critical Thinking Abilities: This Role Requires A Candidate Who Can Think Critically And Analytically To Connect The Dots And Identify Potential Intelligence Gaps. They Should Have The Ability To Evaluate Information, Assess Its Reliability, And Make Sound Judgments Based On The Collected Data.
Security Clearance: A Counterintelligence Debriefer Must Have An Active Top Secret Security Clearance With Sci Access. This Clearance Is Essential To Access Sensitive Information And Safeguard Classified Materials During The Debriefing Process.
