  1. Develop and oversee the completion and delivery process of military vehicles, ensuring that all components meet high-quality standards.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis on metals and materials used in the production of military vehicles.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot any issues related to materials and processes.
  4. Design and implement cost-effective solutions to improve the efficiency and performance of military vehicles.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in metals and materials engineering to continuously improve our products.
  6. Create and maintain detailed documentation on materials and processes used in the production of military vehicles.
  7. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.

  9. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to materials and processes.
  13. Participate in meetings and presentations to provide updates on completion and delivery progress.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the completion and delivery process to meet the changing needs of our military forces.
  15. Represent the company and its values in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Materials Science, Metallurgical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Related Role, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Metals Manufacturing Processes, Including Heat Treatment, Welding, Forging, And Machining.

  • Experience With Conducting Failure Analyses And Root Cause Investigations.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Specifications, Such As Asme, Astm, And Mil-Stds.
