  3. Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and increase efficiency.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in communications technology and make recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements as needed.
  5. Collaborate with other engineers and team members to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  6. Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
  7. Conduct testing and performance evaluations to ensure equipment meets industry standards and specifications.
  8. Provide technical support and training to other team members and end-users as needed.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working with communications equipment.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve maintenance procedures to optimize equipment performance and reduce costs.
  11. Communicate effectively with management and other departments to address any equipment-related concerns or issues.
  12. Participate in project planning and execution for the installation and integration of new equipment.
  13. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source necessary equipment and parts.
  14. Monitor and manage inventory levels of equipment and parts to ensure availability for maintenance and repair needs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Ability To Obtain And Maintain Security Clearance.

  • Knowledge Of Military Communication Systems And Protocols.

  • Familiarity With Equipment Such As Radios, Antennas, And Network Equipment.
