Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field: A Business Process Engineer At General Dynamics Must Have At Least A Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field To Demonstrate A Strong Foundation In Technical Principles And Problem-Solving Skills.
Experience In Process Improvement: Candidates Must Have Experience In Identifying, Analyzing, And Implementing Process Improvements In A Business Setting. This Could Include Experience With Lean Six Sigma Methodologies Or Other Process Improvement Frameworks.
