  1. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on aircraft to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues on aircraft.
  3. Perform repairs and replacements of defective or worn parts according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  4. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on aircraft.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of aircraft parts and supplies.
  6. Adhere to all FAA regulations and company policies and procedures.
  7. Mentor and train junior technicians on proper maintenance and repair techniques.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement new maintenance procedures and techniques.
  9. Communicate effectively with pilots and other team members to identify and address any issues or concerns with aircraft.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve maintenance processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  11. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in aircraft maintenance technology.
  12. Prioritize safety and follow all safety protocols while working on aircraft.
  13. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and stay updated on new technologies and techniques.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safe and efficient working conditions.
  15. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Faa A&P Certification: Must Possess A Valid Faa Airframe And Powerplant (A&P) License To Perform Aircraft Maintenance And Repairs.

  • Extensive Experience: Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Aircraft Maintenance, Preferably With General Dynamics Aircraft Or Similar Military Aircraft.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven Ability To Lead A Team Of Technicians, Assign Tasks, And Ensure Work Is Completed Accurately And On Time.

  • Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability To Diagnose And Troubleshoot Complex Aircraft Systems And Components, And Provide Effective Solutions To Maintenance Issues.

  • Safety-Oriented: Demonstrated Commitment To Following Safety Protocols And Procedures To Ensure A Safe Work Environment For Self And Others.
