Degree In Aviation Maintenance Technology: A Minimum Of An Associate's Degree In Aviation Maintenance Technology Or Equivalent Is Required For This Position. This Demonstrates A Strong Foundation In Aircraft Maintenance Principles And Procedures.
Faa Certification: Candidates Must Possess A Valid Faa Airframe And Powerplant (A&P) Certificate, Which Signifies A Thorough Knowledge Of Aircraft Systems And Maintenance Regulations.
Experience With Military Aircraft: General Dynamics Specializes In The Production And Maintenance Of Military Aircraft, So Experience Working With Military Aircraft Is Highly Desirable. This Can Include Previous Employment With The Military Or Experience Working With Military Contractors.
