- Manage and maintain all company mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to mobile devices and their operating systems.
- Implement and manage security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and protection of company data on mobile devices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies and trends, and make recommendations for improvements to the company's mobile device infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of mobile devices with other systems and applications.
- Monitor and track the inventory of mobile devices, including procurement, deployment, and retirement.
- Train and educate employees on the proper use of mobile devices and best practices for security and data protection.
- Conduct regular audits and maintenance checks on mobile devices to identify and fix any issues.
- Provide technical support and assistance to employees with mobile device-related queries and concerns.
- Maintain documentation and records of mobile device configurations, updates, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with mobile device hardware or software.
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to mobile device management.

- Adhere to company standards and protocols for data privacy and security when working with mobile devices.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Mobile Device Management, Preferably In A Large Enterprise Environment.
Experience With Managing And Supporting A Variety Of Mobile Device Platforms, Such As Ios, Android, And Windows.
Strong Understanding Of Mobile Security Protocols And Best Practices.
Certification In Mobile Device Management Platforms, Such As Airwatch Or Mobileiron, Is Preferred.
