Job Description

As a Training Developer, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise and creativity to design and develop training programs that will enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning and development, has excellent communication and organizational skills, and is able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.   1. Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze training needs.
  3. Conduct thorough research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  4. Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and effective training materials.
  5. Develop training materials such as presentations, e-learning modules, job aids, and other resources.
  6. Incorporate interactive and hands-on activities to enhance learning and retention.
  7. Ensure training materials are visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible to all employees.
  8. Conduct pilot testing and gather feedback from trainees to continuously improve training programs.
  9. Create and maintain training schedules and track employee participation and progress.
  10. Collaborate with the Learning Management System (LMS) team to upload and manage training materials.
  11. Communicate training updates and changes to employees and managers.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors, if needed.
  13. Continuously evaluate and update training programs to ensure they are meeting the needs of the company and employees.
  14. Assist in the onboarding of new employees by developing and delivering orientation and onboarding training.
  15. Stay organized and meet project deadlines while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  16. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards, when designing and delivering training.
  17. Continuously seek feedback and make necessary improvements to training programs.
  18. Maintain accurate records and reports of training activities and employee progress.
  19. Stay up-to-date with technology and tools that can enhance the training and development process.
  20. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold the company's values and culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Developing And Implementing Training Programs.

  • Proficiency In Instructional Design Principles And Methodologies.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Subject Matter Experts.
