This individual will be a key part of the Systems Engineering team, responsible for developing and maintaining the technical architecture of systems and software for the company. As a Lead, this individual must have exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in design and delivery of complex software and systems, and possess the ability to create innovative solutions to challenging problems.The successful applicant will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in software development and systems engineering.
