  1. Develop and implement learning and development strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Create and manage a comprehensive learning and development program for employees at all levels.
  3. Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and determine training needs.
  4. Design and deliver training programs and materials that are engaging and effective.
  5. Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address specific training needs within their teams.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  8. Lead and manage a team of learning and development professionals.
  9. Act as a change agent to drive organizational change and support a culture of growth and development.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and training providers.
  11. Utilize data and metrics to report on the impact of learning and development initiatives.
  12. Work closely with Human Resources to ensure training and development aligns with performance management and career development processes.
  13. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to enhance their professional development.
  14. Collaborate with other departments and cross-functional teams to identify and address organizational development needs.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the learning and development programs and processes.
  16. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote the importance of learning and development.
  17. Foster a positive and inclusive learning culture within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Learning And Organization Development Field, Preferably In A Large Corporation.

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Successful Learning And Development Programs That Align With Business Objectives And Drive Organizational Growth.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Experience With Various Techniques And Methodologies For Delivering Effective Training And Development.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field; Master's Degree Preferred. Relevant Certifications Such As Cplp (Certified Professional In Learning And Performance) Or Shrm-Scp (Senior Certified Professional) A Plus.
