  1. Perform comprehensive testing of software products to ensure quality and functionality.
  2. Develop and execute test cases and test plans in accordance with project requirements.
  3. Identify, record, and track software defects and work with development team to resolve them.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient testing process.
  5. Participate in requirements and design reviews to provide input on potential issues and ensure testability.
  6. Conduct root cause analysis of failures and provide recommendations for improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and continuously improve testing processes.
  8. Communicate testing progress and results to project stakeholders.
  9. Provide input on product design and functionality to improve overall quality.
  10. Participate in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts.
  11. Document and maintain testing procedures and results.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert for software testing within the organization.
  13. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality software products.
  14. Mentor and train junior team members on software testing processes and best practices.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment that fosters innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Software Testing, Preferably In A Qa Analyst Role.

  • Proficiency In Test Automation Tools And Scripting Languages Such As Selenium, Python, Or Java.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Life Cycle (Sdlc) And Agile Methodologies.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills With The Ability To Identify, Isolate, And Report Software Defects.
