  1. Design and implement HRIS strategies to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Develop and maintain the SuccessFactors HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and functionality.
  3. Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to identify and address HRIS needs and requirements.
  4. Perform regular audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the HRIS system.
  6. Analyze HR data and provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve processes and decision-making.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HR technology to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  8. Train and support HR team members on how to effectively use the HRIS system.
  9. Ensure that HRIS processes and procedures are documented and regularly updated.
  10. Proactively identify and implement system enhancements to improve user experience and streamline processes.
  11. Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure system integrations and upgrades are successfully implemented.
  12. Adhere to data security and privacy protocols to maintain the confidentiality of employee information.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert for HRIS related projects and initiatives.
  14. Communicate and present HRIS updates and changes to HR and company leadership.
  15. Continuously assess and optimize HRIS processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Working With Successfactors Hris, Including Implementation, Configuration, And Support.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Best Practices, As Well As Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Complex System Issues.

  • Prior Experience Leading Hris Projects And Managing A Team, With A Strong Focus On Delivering High-Quality Results Within Tight Deadlines.
