  1. Oversee the management and maintenance of the SuccessFactors HRIS system for General Atomics.
  2. Ensure successful implementation of the HRIS system, including data migration, testing, and training.
  3. Continuously monitor and improve the HRIS system to meet the changing needs of the organization.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new features and functionalities within the HRIS system.
  5. Develop and maintain system documentation, processes, and procedures.
  6. Serve as the subject matter expert for the HRIS system, providing guidance and support to HR team members and employees.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues or user inquiries in a timely manner.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for HR technology and make recommendations for system enhancements.
  10. Train and mentor junior HRIS analysts to ensure the successful use and maintenance of the HRIS system.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed for system upgrades or implementations.
  12. Monitor and report on the usage and effectiveness of the HRIS system to leadership.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all data privacy and security policies.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to HR technology as needed.
  15. Support the overall mission of General Atomics by delivering high-quality and efficient HRIS solutions to support the organization's goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Successfactors Hris, Including Implementation And Maintenance.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Policies, With The Ability To Translate Them Into System Requirements.

  • Proven Experience In Troubleshooting And Resolving Complex Technical Issues Within The Successfactors Platform.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Successful Hris Initiatives.
