Minimum Of 10 Years Of Engineering Experience In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In A Related Field Such As Mechanical, Electrical, Or Aerospace Engineering.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Engineers.
Proficiency In Industry-Standard Software And Tools, Such As Cad, Fea, And Project Management Software.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In The Design, Development, And Testing Of Complex Systems And Components For Aerospace Or Defense Applications.
