Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In System Engineering For Science And Technology Products.
Extensive Knowledge Of Product Development Processes, Including Requirements Management, Design, Testing, And Integration.
Strong Leadership Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Projects To Successful Completion.
Experience With Managing Complex Technical Projects, Including Budget And Schedule Management, Risk Assessment, And Mitigation Strategies.
Excellent Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interface With Stakeholders At All Levels, Including Customers, Senior Management, And Technical Staff.
