Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In System Engineering For Science And Technology Products.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Product Development Processes, Including Requirements Management, Design, Testing, And Integration.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Projects To Successful Completion.

  • Experience With Managing Complex Technical Projects, Including Budget And Schedule Management, Risk Assessment, And Mitigation Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interface With Stakeholders At All Levels, Including Customers, Senior Management, And Technical Staff.
